“I never said that”

— You did. March 3, 14:12, Telegram. Here’s the quote.

frka puts every word your client says on the record, wherever it lands — chat, email, call, voice note, a comment in a doc: who said it, when, and what they signed. Contradictions surface on their own. New wishes become change requests with a price. Free rework ends here.

01 / sounds familiar

Four scenes. At least one is about your client.

// google doc, tuesday

The night before delivery, the spec has a paragraph that wasn’t there. “It’s always been there.” The paragraph is eight hours of work.

// it’s a small thing

“Just add a button, it’s quick.” Seventh “small thing” this week. Two days total. All free.

// spec vs figma

The spec says three screens, the mockup has five. Build from the mockup — “the spec says otherwise”. Build from the spec — “but it’s right there in the mockup”.

// on a call

“I never said that.” You’re frantically scrolling Telegram, WhatsApp and email. The proof is somewhere. The argument is already lost.

02 / mechanics

What frka does about it

1 /

Everything on the record

A message in a chat, a voice note, an email, a doc, a screenshot of a mockup — every input becomes a record: who said it, when, through which channel. Documents are frozen as snapshots the moment they arrive. The journal is append-only: nothing gets edited after the fact. Not by them, not by you. And what goes in is your call: frka doesn’t watch your chats or anyone’s docs.

2 /

Contradictions surface on their own

New input is checked against what’s already agreed. “Card only” from the 3rd versus “cash” from the 17th lights up before you start redoing the work. Every claim carries its verbatim source quote.

3 /

Wishes get a price

“Let’s do it differently” becomes a change request: was A, you’re asking B, price +N hours. You set the price. The client confirms via a link — no account, one button. Refusal and silence go on the record too.

One won budget conversation pays for a year of the subscription.

03 / who it’s for

This is for you if

  • you work with clients directly: no PM, no process, a contract that’s there for show
  • input arrives from five places: messengers, email, calls, comments, “I’ve been thinking”
  • you’ve ever silently redone work for free because you had nothing to prove it with

Not for you if

  • you have a tight contract, a change protocol, and a PM filtering the inbox

Honestly — you’re already fine.
